Romantic comedy "The Accidental Husband"

The Accidental Husband is a 2008 romantic comedy film directed by Griffin Dunne and starring Uma Thurman, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Colin Firth, Isabella Rossellini and Sam Shepard. The film is written by Mimi Hare and Clare Naylor and Bonnie Sikowitz, and is produced by Jennifer Todd, Jason Blum, and Uma Thurman. It was released on February 29, 2008 in the UK and was scheduled to be released on March 27, 2009 in the United States before being shelved indefinitely following the bankruptcy of its distributor, Yari Film Group's releasing division.

The Accidental Husband: Story
Radio sensation Dr. Emma Lloyd and her publisher/fiancé Michael thought getting a license to wed in New York would be easier than getting a driver’s license. After all, there’s no tests--written or blood--they were both over 18, and they weren’t related. All they needed to do was show up together at city hall, fork over the fee, and be done with it. Right? Wrong--Emma’s already married! Oops. Can someone accidentally forget they have a husband? Certainly not the perfectly practical, never-make-a-misstep Dr. Emma Lloyd, a.k.a. "The Love Doctor." Certainly not New York’s very own guru of relationships, and author of the hot self-help book, R.E.A.L Love.

But when Emma carelessly dispenses some of her "chicken soup for the heart" over the Big Apple’s airwaves, and a faithful listener takes her advice, Fireman Patrick Sullivan suddenly has his love life extinguished. Now Patrick wants to get even, and after reading about the good doctor’s impending nuptials in the newspaper, he puts together the perfect recipe for sweet revenge: Just take one know-it-all talk show host, one angry New York City fireman, one computer whiz who can hack into city hall, and presto! Emma can’t get married because she already is--to Patrick!

Basic Plot

Thailand romantic love story ‘Friendship’

Friendship is an Romantic Teen Film from Thailand staring Mario Maurer and Apinya Sakuljaroensuk, directed by Chatchai Naksuriya.

Basic Story
Adult Singha (Jetrin Wattanasin) receives a call from Jack, a friend from school. Jack sets up a high school reunion where young Singha (Mario Muarer) meets with the rest of his buddies from back in the day, including Song (the owner of a grocery shop), Kanda (Song’s wife, a chubby lady who thinks she’s so fierce), Jud Duang (a famous actor), Pong (a DJ who loves to tell horror stories) and Jack (a cool, artistic tomboy who works a stylist for a top magazine) When the entire bunch meets again, it brings back a lot of fun memory. The conversation goes on until Singha starts talking about his first and only love, Mituna (Apinya Sakuljaroensuk), a new student who transferred during the last year. Singha’s memory about Mituna is weaved into a story once again.

Crank: High Voltage

Get ready for most expecting film Crank: High Voltage.


Crank: High Voltage is the upcoming sequel to the action film, Crank. It picks up exactly where the first film left off, retaining its "real-time" feel. The film is rated R for "frenetic strong bloody violence throughout, crude and graphic sexual content, nudity, and pervasive language" by the MPAA. Crank 2 is written and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, who both wrote and directed the previous film, Crank.

Brief Story
Picking up immediately after he hits the ground at the end of Crank, Chev Chelios is kidnapped by a gang of Chinese medics. On an operating table, they attempt to harvest his organs, but after removing his heart and replacing it with an electronic temporary one, Chev wakes up and kills the medics. He then has to chase after the gang who have stolen his heart, but at the same time, shocking himself with regular jolts of electricity to keep himself alive.

Other characters who re-appear include Doc Miles, Eve and Orlando.
